Thirty Second Mind is a product in development: a private AI practice environment for executive judgment and communication. This site lets you (a) join a free waitlist and (b) optionally reserve a founding place in Level One, our first 90-day program, with a small refundable reservation. The product has not launched. Features, timelines, and details described here are our plans, stated in good faith, and may change as we build.
The reservation is $20, and here is the whole deal: it is fully refundable at any time until you accept a beta start date — email us and we will refund it within one business day, no questions asked. When the program opens and you accept your start date, your $20 is credited toward the $99 price of Level One, our 90-day program; you pay the remaining $79 only when you choose to begin. If we decide not to launch, we will refund every reservation without being asked. We do not guarantee a launch date, and a reservation is not an investment, equity, or a guarantee of any particular feature. Level One includes a defined practice allowance — about three coached sessions per week across ninety days — because spaced practice is part of the curriculum design, not a hidden meter.
Content on this site and in the future product is educational. It is practice and coaching material, not professional career, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and no outcome — a promotion, a raise, a successful meeting — is promised. The judgment you build is yours; so are the decisions you make with it.
The name Thirty Second Mind, this site, and its content belong to Falcon Software Group, LLC. Quotations from public figures are attributed and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
Don't misuse the site: no scraping the waitlist, no attempting to breach security, no fraudulent payments. We may decline or refund any reservation at our discretion.
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from this pre-launch site is limited to the amount you paid us — and if that is a $20 reservation, we would rather just refund it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes affecting reservation holders will be emailed to them directly.
